At the start of lockdown, we were looking for stuff to do and saw our friends with an archery set. We had a few goes of it and it was really fun. Daddy also liked it and decided we should get our own set!
When you get it it comes with a nice case which is also the target and neatly holds all the equipment.
It’s easy to get out and put together as my jedi padawan is showing.
Today, we went to one of our local parks – Victoria Playing Fields – to play with it.
Euan was on brilliant form today (still not as good as me), look at the videos he’s getting lots of points.
I wasn’t doing that well but we got one video of an ok hit from me.

And you can get this target for £19.99, which feels a bit more like the targets you normally see. You get the two for a little cheaper than the set we bought.
I’d certainly recommend getting this protective equipment to protect your hand and arms. We’ve had a few stings on our arms from the snap of the bow. Also worth topping up with a few extra arrows if you can afford them.
