The “Discover the River Ver Project” by the Ver Valley Society created a series of short walks following the River Ver and exploring the surrounding countryside.
As a family, we have been walking the routes, creating downloadable GPS maps, and I’ve been writing up the walks from a child’s point of view. We’ve now grouped the routes together as a ‘Collection’ on plotaroute.com so you can see how they relate to each other and where they overlap. The featured image above shows all the routes we’ve currently walked – three at the time of writing. I’ll update it as we go along.

As we have been walking the routes we have been creating downloadable route maps on PlotaRoute.com. PlotaRoute lets you download GPS maps, load the route on Google or Apple Maps, and view the maps on all sorts of different mapping standards.
